.The man on left ,back row, is Duncan Anderson Irvine born 4/6/1891 died3/4/1916,he is on my local memorial

Not sure which Bn yet,don't think it's 8,9,10,11,12,13,or 14.

Hi Armagh.I just took a quick snap of the photo,not sure there was much detail.Next time i get a chance to view the magazine,will take better photo and look out for any more info

When took these snaps was primarily interested in Aberfeldy men,so wasn't paying too much attention.Seem to remember this one 'Teeth Inspection' mentioned Douglas Haig,whether he was present,will find out next time get chance to see.I doubt if it'd be him doing the inspection.

Looks a bit amusing to some,while others clearly can't be a***d.

Selling hot chestnuts? or mini organ grinder? what ever he is doing some of the Jocks are enjoying it, one laddie is reading a small prayer book? any indication where they are?
