Anybody knows what this means please?

You were refering to Medal Roll entry handwritten note.

It relates to returned medals under para 1743 of Kings Regulations 1912 and CRV = certified Receipt Voucher dated 6/12/1923. Medals would, I believe be held for 10 years before being destroyed if unclaimed. but the final '8163 adt' might indicate they were returned for adjustment ? There are previous forum threads on this subject but I have to admit I'm unclear.

The top one is Mark Dunne. There is a Mark Dunne of the Leinster Regiment, No 9113 in his MIC.

#9113 Leinster is the closet man in the effects - died after discharge but no dates given.

Excellent George and Bob, thank you very much indeed, I could not find anything on him. Does his pension give next of kin or residence please?

Keep up the good work!

Kind regards.
