An idea about that one ?

M. G. ? 921/2 ?

After referring to Dr. Kraus‘ Handbook on MG Formations I‘m puzzled with 921/2, as far as I can tell there wasn‘t a MG Abteilung with a number that high. Perhaps @GreyC or @AOK4 can make more sense of the number.

Answer : 22 october 1918 in Ath : "Sachs. Fliegerabwehr Masch. Gew. Abtl. N 921 / 2" = its Flak

As far as I know there was no Flamga 922, but there was a Flamga 921. Whether it was Saxon, I don't know.

Das Rückkommando RIR 23

GreyC

I'd say "das Packkommando Res. Inf. Reg. 23" (packing everything before leaving, which is why they needed string).

And for this one ? When you have time, have a good week-end.

After this one, still 47 slips to read, and the last was on 8th November 1918 ;)

That´s an interesting one:

Gestellung eines Glasers zur Reparatur im Quartier am Defacgy (?) 10 zertrümmmerte Fensterscheiben für Armeerabbiner 6.

GreyC

Thanks a lot, Grey ; in september 1918, I saw 2 rabbiner in Ath : "Dr. F. Levy, Armeerabbiner", and "Feldrabbiner Schiff" ;)

thanks again and have a good day
