FLAMGA 921 was indeed Saxon (as was FLAMGA 920) - it has a couple of entries in the Verlustlisten.

and can you identify the name of "? Leutnant Fefsner" ?

The name is either Feßmer or Teßmer and he's not a Leutnant, but a Feldwebelleutnant.

The first one K(aiserlich) und K(önigliche) Kriegsgefangenen Arbeiter Compagnie 1737, the second one is the same but without „Arbeiter“

I would only be guessing at the abbreviation, which won‘t help you at all. Maybe @AOK4 can help.

[B.d.K.?.3] Zweigstelle Ath. 
Freigabeschein Nr 266 liegt bei !

I would say B. d. K. M.: Beauftragter des Kriegsministeriums (?). This is nothing more than a guess from me. There were some very strange people on the road in the German rear in 1918. Most of them were supervising evacuation of the area to make sure as much machinery/resources/etc as possible were "evacuated" to Germany.

Beauftragter des Kriegsministerium n°3 Zweigstelle Ath Rue Vienne 1 Rue Vienne, 1

Another one ? I would like to know what he wrote about slips for Geheim Feldpolizei in Ath :
