Sutterlin writing : any help ?

Hello everyone, I get a book "Der DienstUnterrigt im Heere" that was belonged to a german soldier in 1940 : here is the picture. Who is able to read the firstname and last name ? Thanks in advance. Sry it is a paper in 1940.... but I need help

The rank is Uffz. = Unteroffizier (Corporal), the lowest rank of NCO in the German army.

His first name looks like Jürgen,

The familyname is a bit difficult, the first letter could be a G or an H, followed by "erz". The letters in the crease end with a g but before this it gets tricky.

Common names that could fit are Herzog or Herzi(n)g, but it could also be Gerzig or something similar.

Thanks a lot for your help ! This German soldier belonged to 157e Infantry Division in april 1940.
