centurion Posted 18 March , 2012 Share Posted 18 March , 2012 With regard to next weekend, I expect that people will gather at the Old Contempibles from 7.00 or so onwards - I believe that the back room has been reserved for us. Last year quite a few people ate there - they do a rather nice line in sausages - I'm not aware of anyone who headed off for a meal after the pub, but I really don't know for certain about that. On Saturday, we'll be there from 9, with tea and coffee served at 10, and then Andy Robertshaw kicking us off at 10.30 Thanks - much clearer now. SWorrall Posted 20 March , 2012 Share Posted 20 March , 2012 There you have it. A new nickname for a long-serving member of the Forum. 'Triple-Duffs' Smithson. Can someone ensure that this legendary contributor gets his three puds, with extra lashings of chantilly? All on a single, very large plate. Meanwhile: a little picture to help whet 'Three-Duffs' appetite is attached. Simon.
