Lovely image, combining my love of the Brodrick, Cloth Shoulder Titles and the Mills Orndorff Bandolier, it would be a great addition to this thread......

A very poignant set of cards telling a story via a series of snapshots in time. Sad to learn of George (and poor Norah too) but conversely good to see a regular, Woolridge, who made it through, although his wounds, physical, and who-knows-what mental, probably affected the rest of his life.  Thanks for posting.

Duke of Wellingtons Regiment.  Late War or just post War? Still with white fatigue wear  and economy studs are seen on his left hand ammunition pouches.  Some nice little kit layouts here.  I can't decide if his SD cap is the "22 Pattern" or not.

And the 1908/09 made webbing with the early type crimped metal edges.

That and the hooky were the reason I bought it, I must admit I was rather disappointed when it turned out he was wearing the simplified SD!

Great photo and he seems to have a rough-rider badge above rather than below his badge of rank.  His regiment would presumably have been Signals Service, Royal Engineers.
