You could read the FIBIS Fibiwiki page "Prisoners of the Turks (First World War)" which includes some details about sources https://wiki.fibis.org/w/Prisoners_of_the_Turks_(First_World_War) Hopefully you will be able to locate him on ICRC Prisoners of the First World War website.
