I will be back at that location at the end of May and if you need any photographs and measurements of the carts just let me know beforehand.

On the American side, the Pennsylvania Military Museum (Boalsburg, PA) has a Liberty Rolling Field Kitchen (PDF) and an M1909 Ambulance Wagon (also PDF). The US Army Transportation Museum (Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA) has a J-118 Escort Wagon. I expect there are plenty of others, but those are the ones I've personally laid eyes on.
