rogb999 Posted 6 November , 2012 Share Posted 6 November , 2012 Hi All, I been recommended to this section of the forum in the hope someonemay be able to give me an insight into the uniform on the attached photo. I believe it is the hospital blues uniform and must be in the UK as he is with his parents. He is my Grandfather John Rogerson who served with the RAMC abroad. His parents are Richard and Mary Rogerson and they all lived at 28 Farnworth St, Widnes, Lancs. Basically I would love to know where he served or whether there are details in the photo which I have missed. Sadly its not too clear a shot. Best regards Roger
John Milner Posted 6 November , 2012 Share Posted 6 November , 2012 Roger It is a British Hospital Blues uniform, as the name suggests it was issued to wounded/hospitalised soldiers in the UK. Regards John
