Somewhere out there in our piece of cyberspace there are many topics launched, read by a few, and never answered. And, at any one time, there are what turn out to be "famous last words" on a thread, that lurk on site, quietly gathering dust.

It would be entertaining to produce a "last words" score for each member, preferably a ratio of last words to that members total posts.

The winner could claim to have ended debate with crushing weight of knowledge and authority. The winner's detractors could claim that the winner was the most boring member.

I am musing thus because I have a suspicion that I am in the running.

Should I attract no replies to this post, I will claim the title of "Thread crusher of the Year"

This thread is too silly even for Chit Chat.

I thought about calling in a moderator but the Demon Mrs Wills is already a participant. What's it all coming to?
