Sparky53 Posted 2 March , 2006 Share Posted 2 March , 2006 Well spotted Chris I'll keep loking on my travels, it is amazing how many war graves you come across in UK cemeteries. There are loads in Blandford Forum Dorset I remember. At Bodylwydden there was a Falklands grave to a LCpl Burke 1 Welsh Guards KIA 8 June 1982 Bluff Cove. chrisharley9 Posted 3 March , 2006 Author Share Posted 3 March , 2006 Jane didn't see his grave at Bodelwydden, but saw his memorial plaque inside the church I would appreciate any medics graves that you come across My thanks Chris
chrisharley9 Posted 7 April , 2006 Author Share Posted 7 April , 2006 Have emailed CWGC to request an amendment to Private Rowlands records Chris CWGC have refused to amend Pte Rowland's records as they feel that he should be recorded as Australian Field Artillery despite the evidence pointing to AAMC.
