Captain Page used the original Churchill minutes which are bound in a volume (formerly SECRET) held by the Naval Historical Branch MOD. I dont have the copy of the RND documents sold by the CPF and so I stated CPF in my post, unwisely not checking with the CPF first regards who holds the copyright Thanks for pointing that out .
