Des Moriarty Posted 25 February Author Share Posted 25 February I am really interested to see if John could have temporarily moved to the 2nd Royal Irish regiment during the Somme. He was badly wounded in 1917, and spent 6 months in hospital (gsw to face) and seems to have rejoined the Royal Dublin fusiliers after that.
