Anyone go into the NA on a regular basis?

Afternoon all, I'm after a relatives Officer service records from the NA but I live in scotland so I can't just pop over ;-)...... Is the 'request a copy' service anygood or do I need to know 'exactly what book/page/aisle etc it's in for them to find it or would name rank and number suffice? 

   Failing that if someone goes in on the regular and be willing to help ?
