Hello,

I thought I’d post a couple pics of my US uniforms.

One of them is an officer(Surgeon). The other is a 1912 pattern cotton uniform (Artillery).

Two nice examples! (also nicely photographed!)

There is a good thread somewhere with quite a number of different examples posted. I'll have a look for it.

I have never been able to find any photographic evidence of the cotton tunics in use in the AEF - but obviously widely used stateside both before (during training) and upon return.

You are correct, the cotton uniforms were not used overseas.I’m actually on the lookout for a nice wool enlisted tunic now.
