The Register is an excellent go-to datasource for personnel who served in the Boer War. This secondary resource records the medal entitlement, based upon the campaign medal rolls. If there are further details, such as a service record, or being recorded as a casualty, it will be recorded here. He has an Imperial Yeomanry service record, archive reference WO 128/130 and appears on the QSA medal roll archive reference WO 100/129

If he had a KSA medal, then he would have it recorded in his entry on The Register. I do not believe that he served long enough to meet the criteria. It amazes me that the same question "Did he get a KSA?" is routinely trotted out on this thread. What have you done to determine the conditions for this medal, and can you demonstrate that he meets said criteria?

The finer details of Boer War campaign medals ought not be spun out on this forum, as it does not directly relate to what was taking place from 1914 to 1918.
