Almost definitely not RWF.

 

SteveE got it right earlier in this thread - he suggested R Munster Fus, Inniskinng Fus or Northumberland Fus. I can't think of any other plausible alternatives.

Guys , your digging around is very much appreciated. 

I received a message this afternoon and he says that his cousin looked on the back of the photo and sadly there was nothing written on there. 

All she said to him was that the picture was taken in londonderry NI

If she knows where the picture was taken I would assume she knows more, I will hold fire on further searching unless more info is posted

Looks like inniskillings to me and Derry was mentioned so many from there in the Skins
