Mick Peters Posted 9 July , 2020 Share Posted 9 July , 2020 Hello Sue. I have been able to locate a fair bit of information during the lockdown regarding men from Blaenau, Llan & Trawsfynydd. Don't know if you would be interested in meeting up to compare notes? Thanks/Diolch, Mick.
suesalter1 Posted 26 July , 2020 Author Share Posted 26 July , 2020 Hi Mick, Sorry, I have only just seen your post! I don't live in Wales, but visit my cousin in Llan every year. I won't be there until October (Covid willing). What information do you have? Sue.
Mick Peters Posted 26 July , 2020 Share Posted 26 July , 2020 Hello. Yes during the lockdown I decided to research men from my area who were lost in WW1. My interest comes from many years of travelling the Western front and taking part in archaeology work there. So far I have a huge list of names, some of which I have found records and details of, some very little and sadly some where all records are lost. More than willing to share information.
