stripeyman Posted 5 June , 2013 Share Posted 5 June , 2013 An old pal went to a funeral of a ex RN sailor this afternoon and a chap of about 65 turned up with two rows of medals on his right chest. One of which was his uncles Great War VC. Is this 'the done thing' ? Also is the recipients name etc on the reverse ? Thanks Bob Grundy
John_Hartley Posted 5 June , 2013 Share Posted 5 June , 2013 I believe it's acceptable to wear a relative's medals "on the opposite side".
