enoch beard Posted 15 May , 2013 Share Posted 15 May , 2013 the book 'the fallen of oldbury , langley & warley 1914-1918' by langley local history society lists enoch holyoake associated with oldbury westley chapel, so would say that is where the memorial is from. the book also states article in 'oldbury weekly news' newspaper on his death with newspaper photo on 27/4/17.
