Posted 2 August , 2004 Author Share Posted 2 August , 2004 Chip Thanks for the ID the "Officials" button is the same size as the late war Buttons as found on m15 great coats and the M1910/15 modified tunics. The Bavarian button is a large rank button found on the collar as you correctly stated. The Saxon is slightly smaller version of the rank button. The other button is a private purchase made by Eauard Sachs Berlin hope this helps I have included another Scan of the officials button and a private purchase late war crowned button for comparison.
