Hi Guys

Looking to find out whether the Dublin Fusiliers went to Sinai Peninsula, my grandfather was sent out ther on 25/11/15 and sent back on 15/1/17 Andy gave me a link to the Long Long trail and i was able to find out that operations in the Sinai Pen, started 15/11/15 until 9/1/17.

Can anyone help with the following

1/ What was happening at Sinai during this period?

2/ I cant find any record of the Dubs being there is there any place else i should be looking??

You maybe able to get some additional info from the unit war diaries. There is a master thread on the forum here.

You should be able to send a PM to the members listed and hopefully they can help you out.
