Yes, Spike

terrible because the site was so much wet, that you need rubber-boots.

Terrible because the light was not very amazing.

Terrible because my original pic with its higher resolution cannot be placed into the forum.

In spite of that here is your other desired pic.

Kind regards

Fritz

No, Fritz you misunderstand. What I meant was brilliant, thank you very very much for the pictures.

The word terrific was badly chosen by me but it does mean very good in the context it was set it.

I have sent you a pm regarding this. Thank you so much for the pictures and the effort you have put into

helping me and others out with pictures in this cemetery.

Hi,

this is the grave of J. E. Hufton. I discovered the pic in my archives. When I visited Niederzwehren last october I saw his grave with the board of remembrance. I had never seen anything like this and so I took a pic of it. What a lucky coincidence.

Kind regards

Fritz

Fritz,

I can assure you Malta is not much warmer at the moment but it was a nice day when I got the pictures for Forum members I had promised at Pieta War Cemetery.

Once again thank you for the picture.

Very kindest regards,

Stephen.

Hi Fritz

Many many thanks again for the photo of Frederick Riley. I know its unlikely but if you're ever at Niederzwehren again could you photograph the grave of:

Pt 7550 J J Duddy (Cheshire Regt.) Died 4 December 1917. Grave V. E. 13.

Best wishes and thnaks again for all your hard work

Graham

Hello Graham,

I shall be near Kassel in November and there is no problem to visit the cemetery.

In the meantime the gardener of the cemetery is a good friend and he will be happy to see me. :D

Kind regards and happy Easter

Fritz

Hello Graham,

sorry, I have no connection to Köln. But I am sure there will be some pals on the Forum having their residences nearby.

Thank you for such a quick reponse. Unfortunately I can't pm my email address until you have made 10 posts to activate your account. However I am in no hurry for the pics so will send it when you reach it.

Kind regards
