How about sharing the names of Great War military tailors from the labels in your uniforms and caps? Or even fotos. Just a few to kick things off:

J. DEGE & SONS 13, Conduit Street, LONDON, W (on a 7/SLI col. OSD tunic)

Hello,

I guess such a list would be very long. Individual regiments often nominated or appointed a tailor to make officers uniforms; I believe they still do, although most soldiers seem to spend most of there time in combat kit of some sort. In a town with military connections such as Winchester which had the depots of the Hampshires and KRRC and Rifle Brigade, many local tailors would sell clothing with a miltary flavour 'mufti' and call thmselves 'military tailors'.
