Roxy Posted 22 April , 2008 Share Posted 22 April , 2008 No 5 Sqn RNZAF are currently taking part in Exercise Joint Warrior up here in the far north; they are hoping to take part in the Dallachy commemoration on Friday and will be at the service in Arbroath on Sunday. Roxy Posted 26 April , 2008 Share Posted 26 April , 2008 The Kiwis, currently up here in the far north-east, attended yesterday's commemoration at Dallachy - on the ground and in the air. Crew members, who had flown all night, attended the service whilst the 'other' crew flew past Dallachy in their P3 maritime patrol aircraft en route to their Exercise area. michaeldr Posted 26 April , 2008 Author Share Posted 26 April , 2008 This ceremony claims the title "The furthest north where wreaths are laid" and that it should be attended by Kiwis from the farthest south seems very appropriate Glad everything went well regards Michael
