Drummy Posted 25 January , 2003 Share Posted 25 January , 2003 Together with Roger Dowson, I am currently working on a book covering the 1st/7th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers 1914-15, covering in detail its service in Gallipoli up to the withdrawal. The book will be in the same format as our recently published book on the 15th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers 1914-16. I would very much appreciate contact from anyone using this forum who has any information (Docs, letters, photographs etc) regarding men of the 1st/7th who served between 1914-Jan 1916. Furthermore another ongoing project of ours, which we hope to publish, covers the 1st/8th LF's 1914-15, so likewise if anyone can help with info please email me. Many thanks Neil Drum.
