I am looking for any info on HMS Dartmouth.

My Grandmothers first husband Percy Henry Greenway Stoker 1st class K/43541 was aboard and died on April 16 1918.

He was originaly buried in the Brindisi Communial Cemetery and in 1981 his and 84 of his fellow sailors remains were moved to the Bari War Cemetry.

All I know is thst HMS Dartmouth was part of the Adriatic Drifter Fleet.

I would like to find out what the drifter fleet was doing especialy on or around the date of his death as family stories say that he died of dysentery.
