Mark Hone Posted 3 March , 2008 Share Posted 3 March , 2008 It will soon be the 90th anniverasry of the last major Zeppelin attack on Britain, 12th/13th April 1918. The attack on Wigan, Bolton and Radcliffe by L61 is well-covered in Peter C. Smith's 'Zeppelins Over Lancashire' (Neil Richardson Publications 1991) but does anyone have a decent source for the L62 attack on the Midlands, which seems to have dropped the last Zeppelin bombs on mainland Britain?
