Does anyone have a trench map for the above time period or part therefore for the area near Villers-Plouich,La Vacquerie (Welsh Ridge),Crevecouer in France?

I am, in particular, interested in the starting positions of the NZ Division on the 29th of September (Hindinburg Line battle), as this was the date that my relation died.

Many thanks

Kerry

I am sorry this is the best I can do, I doubt very much that you will get a Trench Map of 1918.

Hi John

Thanks for the map. I know that 1918 isn't the best year for trench maps due to the more fluid nature of the war then, but I thought I would give it a go.

Thanks again

Have Faith, it is a 20,000 scale Trench Map from LinesMan 20,

Namely 57CSE Edition 6F of 200818

Soon to be available John.

I have split it into two, as I am struggling to get below 100KB.

I'm hoping the Forum does its usual trick of combining two posts at 100kb each.

Cheers

Guy

Thankyou so much ... I will join the two images, and see if I can make sense of the map in relation to what I have from/will have from the unit diary.
