David W Posted 14 February , 2008 Share Posted 14 February , 2008 Hi all I am trying to find information on Commander Arthur Tudor DARLEY, Commander of the HMS Good Hope who died on 1 Nov 1914 aged 38. Would be most grateful for any information as only CWGC has this limited amount, nothing of course on sdgw. simonharley Posted 15 February , 2008 Share Posted 15 February , 2008 As an Acting Sub-Lieutenant (which somewhat contradicts the date in the Roll of Honour entry) Darley was appointed to command Torpedo-Boat 53 on 15 June, 1897 for the Diamond Jubilee Review. From the relevent announcements made in The Times, 1897. Harley
