Dolphin Posted 15 January , 2008 Share Posted 15 January , 2008 Chris 2Lt R T Stewart of No 242 Sqn RAF was killed in an accident when flying DH 6 C7890 on 13 September 1918. No 242 Sqn was a coastal patrol unit based at Newhaven, where it was formed from Nos 408, 409 and 514 Flights on 15 August 1918, and was equipped with Short 184 seaplanes and DH 6 landplanes. I hope that this helps. Gareth
