Cemetery: BOSTON CEMETERY During the First World War the port of Boston was used to a small extent by hospital ships, and more than 4,000 sick and wounded passed through it. The First World War graves are scattered throughout the cemetery. Boston Cemetery contains 50 Commonwealth burials of the First World War.
