Remembered Today:

First Royal Air Force casualty?

This looks a hard question to answer. As most sources do not give time of death how do you work it out? Presumably it was someone who died on a night raid or from wounds in the wee small hours.

Point taken about the recording of times of death. So perhaps I should modify the question to ask about how many, and who, died on 01/04/1918.

With best wishes,

David
