Chris Boonzaier Posted 22 November , 2007 Share Posted 22 November , 2007 Hi, I am sure most of the English speaking world knows this... but I must admit I am drawing a blank... On the extreme Northern tip of the Kaiserschlacht the German 234 attacked their most important goal of the offensive... the Mühlenberg. As it is such an important feature, I am sure there is an English name for it? Thanks Chris
Ron Clifton Posted 22 November , 2007 Share Posted 22 November , 2007 Chris I think that it is the feature which the British called the Hog's Back, named after a conspicuous east-west ridge just south of London. It was defended by the British 34th Div on 21 March. Ron
towisuk Posted 22 November , 2007 Share Posted 22 November , 2007 I think this part of the trench map shows the contours of the area Tom
