Rob Bulloch Posted 8 November , 2007 Share Posted 8 November , 2007 Hi Rick. I am interested in the name Bullock as you can see by my own name, can you supply any further information on Lt Bullock. I checked 148 Squadron, and as far as I can tell this Sqdr was not formed until 10th Feb 1918, I am sure someone on the Forum will be along to help you. Good luck in your search. I will watch this thread. Cheers Rob Bulloch.
Dolphin Posted 8 November , 2007 Share Posted 8 November , 2007 Rick Lt G E Bullock (formerly 5th Bn, North Staffordshire Regiment) was killed in an accident when flying as observer in FE 2b A6569, flown by 2Lt W G Perry, of No 148 Sqn RAF on 16 July 1918. He is buried in Pernes, France. 2Lt Perry was injured in the accident. No 148 Sqn, a night bombing unit, was based at Sans-les-Pernes at the time. I hope that this is useful.
