Chief_Chum Posted 8 February , 2008 Share Posted 8 February , 2008 Hi Chris, For the wnter we always brace our trench system with heavy timbers from side to side. It has worked very well for the past few years with no significant damage. We also have a narrow drainage ditch filled with rubble in an arc around our British Front Line which catches most of the rainfall as it comes downhill and carries it around the trench system into a drainage ditch.
