Hi

Can anyone tell me where I can find the service records for members of the RNVR who were in the RND, were they destroyed in the blitz as well?

Thanks

Ian,

If I remember rightly the originals are stored at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton, but they can also be accessed via the National Archive as seen in the attached link;-

Service cards as Graham says: admiinstrative copies available online; originals at Fleet Air Arm Museum, along with other records.

The RNVR was not part of the army, their Admiralty records were kept seperately form the army ones.
