clive_hughes Posted 20 October , 2007 Share Posted 20 October , 2007 Hi, A soldier's service records refer to his request in accordance with Army Council Instruction 1701 of 1916 to transfer from a reserve Yeomanry unit to the Army Ordnance Corps. It subsequently notes his transfer as per ACI 2064 of 1916. What did these regulations cover, please? LST_164

clive_hughes Posted 21 October , 2007 Author Share Posted 21 October , 2007 Thank you very much for that response, it fits in well with the paperwork for a skilled blacksmith with the reserve Yeomanry whose unit is converted to cyclists in 1916. Cheers, LST_164
