vb136 Posted 20 October , 2007 Share Posted 20 October , 2007 Hello, In 1919, a Swedish gentleman named P O Herrstroem employed two ex-RAF officers to work with him in Sweden, with an aeronautical show. The three men flew an Avro 504 and an Airco DH 6, performing stunts and taking up passengers etc. The two British aviators were named Captain K Saunders and Major H Raili(Raleigh?)-Johnstone. I have seen portraits of these officers, but would like to know more about their war-records. Both wear medals in the portraits, but I can not identify these. Any information is appreciated! You can find pictures from an aeronautical show in Sweden on http://www.boija.com/archive/flygcirkus1921.htm There are pictures of three ex-RAF officers. The texts says their names are Jimmy Hamilton Youell, Kenneth 'Billy' Saunders and Cecil 'Rolli' Johnston.
