Further descriptions on records page needed

The Guardroom

Having now managed to understand most of the detail on a RN records page, I am still a miss on some headings and what they meant in naval terms.

Could some one help descrpbe what is meant by:

list and no in the second column

sub ratings (rating / from - to)

Clothing and bedding gradtuities (£6.10 and £3.10/- Gb Lady out) I think thats what it says.

Also does the page number at the top mean that this is the mans service number e.g. 304932

And it says that he was awarded a pension in 1908. Is there any more info I can gain from the NA on his pension detail or indeed a more detailed service record that may state his address or family, such as the WW1 army records.

Many thanks again, as my Navy side of this hobby is not very experienced.
