Any body fill me in on whether the ship was in action. I know it was launched 1916 and broken up I think 1936. She was an r Class Destroyer with a crew of 82. As David said "endless patrolling ... was the lot of so many warships;" also for destroyers they could be engaged in the UBoat war, for which there wasn't a battle honour in WWI and might not have resulted in deaths.
