I am looking for more info concerning the death of 2Lt. Charles, Almond HARVEY, 7th Sqn RAF, kia 29/6/1918.

2Lt C A Harvey [pilot] and 2Lt Geoffrey William Osbourne, from Drogheda, Co Louth, Ireland, [observer] were killed in an accident when flying in RE 8 C2474 of No 7 Sqn RAF on 29 June 1918.

C2474 7 Sqn and 29.6.18 2Lt CA Harvey & Prob WG Osborne on Flash recce - attempting to land in fog the machine hit trees, crashed & caught fire; crew killed, machine fire damaged and struck off both 7 Sqn & RAF books.
