Remembered Today:

G.G.Grandfather, Edgar England

Hi members

I have been told by a member of my family that my G G Grandfather Edgar England was killed by a zeppelin in Ipswich and that he was the only person to be killed by one of these (presumably in Ipswich, not the entire country).

Strangely, I can find no record of his death at the GRO.

The family member received a letter from another family member who is directly related to Edgar and it is in this letter that he states the circumstances of Edgar's death.

I am just wondering if any Forum members may have information about this?

regards
