Excellent - covering far far more than the Suez front. Have a care with some of the captions though - for example an 'Albatross' in 1916 appears to in fact an to be AEG in 1917

I wish to express my thanks for the hyperlink. Firstly, It was a lovely insight inseeing rare photos of Turks and Arabs in Ottoman Service. Secondly it was very useful seeing Turks with captured Lewis Guns.

The reason I say this is that I've been trying to track down photos of Turks or Arabs in Ottoman Service with LMGs for my research.

Often people merely inherit captions to pictures which were often hastily scibbled by some newspaper or other non-expert. I've learned that the past is not so different than the modern History Channel present where things are included with rather dubious ties ... WWII British scenes for WWI footage because of the American inability to see differences in the helmet for instance ...
