2Lt J A Davy of No 19 Reserve Squadron, RFC, was killed in an accident on 8 November 1916 while flying de Havilland 1 4641. He was only 18 years old.

I hope this helps.

Gareth was he a pilot?

Phil

Yes, he was. The DH 1 was a two-seater, but there's no mention in Airmen Died of anyone else being on board at the time of the crash.

Regards

Gareth
