Lieut-Commander Philip Henry WHITE Royal Navy, HMS Vernon Died 03.12.16 Age 37 Buried: Portsmouth (Eastney) Cemetery, Hants, UK NOT FORGOTTEN This non-com was found by accident by GWF member, daggers, and put forward to CWGC/MoD on his behalf on 12.03.07. Jack, Probably cos this forgotten officer is buried just down the road from the Naval Historical Branch! They don't want any bad publicity so close to home...
