An hour later a blue haze announced the cremation of my victuals. All Pals may as well resolve here and now to lose weight in 2004. The forum is better than Atkins and much more fun. Wishing all Pals peace, health and happiness in 2004. And for Chris and all those who make the forum work for us, thanks a million for 2003. Losing weight is indeed one of my main aims for the coming year. I must try and remove the crisps, biscuits, chocolate and extra strong mints from the vicinity of the computer, then Clive's fat-busting Forum diet may work. BYW, I'm sitting here with a glass of port to greet the New Year. I'd better enjoy it now, as that is something else that will be off limits. So Pals, Happy New Year and CHEERS!!
