Hi have photo of menu with list of invitees to "lunch" held at Town Hall Fenton 28 January 1919.

I cannot make it small enough to fit here & be readable so please PM if you would like a copy

  • 3 weeks later...

I'd be interested in a copy of the menu/list as my Grandfather was a prisoner and came from Longton so may be on there.

Alan send me a personal messgae of your e mail address & I'll send it along.

There are no Busbys on it though but I guess if Fenton had a POW lunch Longton would have had there own one.

I'm slowly going to work through Great War Sentinals at the Newspaper Archive - mighttake me some time.

Starting with 1916 tomorrow
