Bob

2Lt G E Hunt was flying as observer in DH 9 C6125, from No 1 School of Navigation and Bomb Dropping, when he was killed in a flying accident on 21 July 1918. The pilot, Lt G A LeMoine, was unhurt when C6125 was forced to land downwind in a cornfield and overturned.

I hope that this helps.

Excellent Gareth, thank you very much.

He's buried at Christ Church Coatham in Redcar quite close to me, his family obviously brought the body back to the north east.

Bob.
